Every year around and after Thanksgiving Oklahoma lights up with beautiful Christmas light displays. Okie families brace the cold every year to enjoy these events. If you haven’t got to experience Oklahoma Christmas, or you want to see what other events you may be missing, here are a few our favorites: 


-Dates: Dec 1 to Dec 25

-Times: Sun-Thurs 6pm to 10pm, Fri & Sat 6pm to 11pm

-Enterance at 15th Regional Park Enterance

-Exit at Reno Regional Park Enterance

-1.5 miles long


-Location: 17001 N.E. 23rd Harrah, OK

-Dates: Dec 8 & Dec 9

-Times: 6pm-8:30pm

-Cost: Free Admission

-Activites: Face painting, Free gifts for kids, craft making, live music, bounce house, petting zoo

-Food: Free hot chocolate & Coffee, Free hot dogs & cookies

-Grocery Bags for anyone in need

food while supplies last


-Dates: Nov 11- Jan 1

-Cost: Drive through and 4 walk through passes $70 ($60 for zoo members), Walk through only $16 per person ($14 for zoo members)

-The walk through has a musical light show, interactive light exhibits, s’mores stations, and photo ops


-Dates:Nov 18- Dec 31

- Address: Shannon Springs Park

-Times: Sun.-Thursday 6pm to 10pm, Fri. & Sat 6pm to 11pm

-The lights are free to drive through or walk through

-Extra activities include

-Ice Skating- $8 without renting skates/ $12 renting

-Ferris Wheel/ Carousel: $5

-Carriage Rides: $8 (ages 3 & under free)

*Food trucks, gift shop, and other activities vary


-Dates: Nov 18- Jan 1

-Location: Yukon City Park

-3 ways to see the lights: walk through, drive through, or the Santa Express Train

-Activities: 

-Photo-ops

-Christmas in the Park Train Station: treats, photo ops, and an ice skating rink

-Santa pictures on Fridays & Saturdays

*There is a small fee for train rides and ice skating


-Dates: Nov 17-Jan 1

-Times: 5pm- 10pm 

-Location: Mitch Park

-Cost: Free walk-through


-Dates: Nov 23- Jan 7

-Location: 2900 72nd Ave SE, Norman OK

-Cost: Free Drive through


-Dates: Nov 24- Dec 24

-Location: Myriad Botanical Gardens 

-Conservatory after hours Saturdays, Dec. 1st, 8th, & 15th 5pm-7pm

-Live music Dec. 1, 8, 15 5:30pm-7pm

-Santa meet & greet- Dec. 2nd, 9th, 16th 10am-12pm

-Carousel rides $3


-Dates: Dec 2, 9, 16

-Time: 3pm-7pm

-Cost: Free walk-through or drive-through

-Santa will be doing meet and greets both Saturdays and there will be pop up shops


-Dates: Nov 18- Dec 31

-Times: 6pm-10pm

-Location: Crystal Beach Park

-Cost: Free

-There will be a gift shop with varying prices


-Dates:Nov 16- Jan 7

-Time: 6pm

-Cost: Free walk-through along the canal


-Dates: Nov 23-Dec 31

-Times: 5:30pm-10pm 7 nights a week

-Location: Purcell Lake

-Cost: Free, but donations are appreciated, drive through


Union Station Illumination at Scissortail Park

-Dates: Nov 26- Jan 6

-Times: 6pm-11pm

-Location: Scissortail Park in OKC

-Cost: Free (there will be events that will have extra activities with varying prices) Walk through

-Dates: Nov 18-Jan 1

-Elmer Thomas Park in Lawton

-Cost: Free to walk through, extra activities vary

-Activities: ice skating, interactive displays (free), petting zoo, food trucks, and more


-Dates: Nov 22-Jan 1

-Location: Rehma Bible Church, 1025 Kenosha Ave., Broken Arrow

-Times: 6pm-11:30pm, Jan. 1 5:30pm-11pm

-Cost: Free, with carriage rides costing $10 and concessions

-Dates: Nov. 25- Dec. 25

-Times: Sun -Thurs 6pm-9pm, Fri & Sat 6pm-10pm

-Location: Park Road, Kingfisher, OK

-Events and activities: laser tag and light parade on Dec. 2nd


-Dates: Nov. 18- Dec. 29

-Times: Mon-Thurs 6pm-10pm, Fri & Sat 6pm-11pm

-Location Ardmore Regional Park

-Cost: Free
